The secret to Chinese translation and indeed Documentation translation in general is in the proper application of DTP, which is short for Desk Top Publishing, and Globalization techniques. CRM Translation roughly equates to CRM Localization (or Localisation as it is known here). Going Global (or Globalization for short) is the Internationalization of German translation and Japanese translation through a L10N process. Marketing Localization or Marketing Translation is also a speciality for Moravia, simultrans and SDL, but they don’t do it well in my opinion. Saas Localization or Saas Translation is another tricky one.
